Overview

$30,000 Hiring Bonus!

Salary: $105,000 - $110,000, based on experience

Position Type: Full-Time, On-site

In this critical role, you'll lead a highly-skilled multidisciplinary team, 

including RNs, LPNs, Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists to deliver exceptional care to about 200 home health patients. Your leadership ensures patients receive the support they need where they feel most comfortable—their own homes—empowering independence and improving quality of life.  
What You Need to Know

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care setting with two years management or supervisory experience, preferred.
• Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
